Precautions for the use of rope untwisting open-width machine:
1. Regularly clean the rope untwisting opener, check the rotating parts for defects and oil leakage, so as not to wear or damage the parts due to lack of oil, check whether there is abnormal sound, and solve the problem in time.
2. Before starting the machine, check whether the machine equipment, electrical and expansion devices, and infrared centering devices are in good condition, and check whether the unscrewing head climbing ladder is safe and secure.
3. When starting, first turn the automatic and manual knob switches of the untwisting device to the manual position. When the running speed of the fabric is slightly increased after the fabric enters the untwisting device, turn the switch back to the automatic position.
4. The sewing head of the fabric must be sewn with a sewing machine, and cannot be connected by knotting, so as not to damage the detection part of the untwisting device.
5. The sliding shaft of the detection roller of the untwisting device must be cleaned and lubricated before starting the machine, and check whether the switch is loose to ensure that the sliding of the detection roller is sensitive.
6. The expansion device should adjust the size of the wrapping angle according to different types of fabrics. When choosing the wrapping angle, it should be small rather than large, and it is sufficient to have a moderate weft tension. Be careful not to touch the helical surface of the roll body with your palms when the expander roll is running.
7. The infrared probe is strictly prohibited from being soaked in water. After wearing the cloth, adjust the left and right distance of the infrared probe to detect the object, keep the fabric in the center, and automatically adjust the door width at the same time.
8. Use the guide belt to guide the fabric. If you must climb the ladder, be careful to prevent falling from high altitude.
